Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At FacesIndia.com, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Below is our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders placed within India.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it easily through the following methods:

1. Through Your Faces India Account:

  • Go to ‘My Orders’ under your account.

  • Select the relevant order and click on ‘Order Details’.

  • Choose the item(s) you wish to cancel, provide a reason, and confirm cancellation.


2. Through Customer Support:

  • Visit the Help Center, click ‘Submit a Request’, and fill in your cancellation request with the relevant order ID.

  • You can also email us at support@facesindia.in or call us at 8882713691 with your cancellation details.

Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders:

  • Before Dispatch: Refunds are initiated within 24-48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request.

  • After Dispatch: If the order is already shipped, the refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after processing.
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are not applicable for cancellations made before shipment.

Return & Replacement Policy

We offer an easy 7-day return policy for orders delivered within India. You can request a return, replacement, or refund for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement:

Option 1: Through Your Faces India Account

  • Go to ‘My Orders’, select the relevant order, and click on ‘Have a Concern’.

  • Choose the reason for return and follow the instructions.


Option 2: Via Email Request

  • Email us at support@facesindia.in with your order ID, reason for return, and an image of the product (if applicable).


Option 3: Via Help Center

  • Click ‘Submit a Request’ and provide your order details, reason for return, and any supporting images.

Once we receive your request, our team will schedule a pickup and inspect the returned product. Refund or replacement will be processed only if the item is received in its original condition with packaging, labels, seals, and barcodes intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.

  • Items without original packaging, tags, labels, or missing accessories.

  • Products with tampered serial numbers.

  • Used, altered, or washed items.

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Complimentary or free items provided as part of an offer.


Non-returnable categories include:

  • Personalized or custom products.

  • Personal care appliances due to hygiene concerns.

  • Select cosmetics (lipsticks, mascaras, compacts, etc.) purchased during special sales or promotions.


Note: Specific campaigns or mega sales may have unique return/refund rules, which will be mentioned in the promotional details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery via your account, email, or Help Center.

  • Attach a clear image of the damaged or incorrect item along with the invoice.

  • We will arrange a return pickup, and once validated, will initiate a refund or replacement, based on stock availability.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and quality-checked.

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking): Refund is processed to the original payment method within 24-48 business hours after inspection. It may take up to 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund is processed via bank transfer. You will be required to share your bank details with our support team. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited.

Partial Returns and Free Gifts

  • You may return individual items from a multi-item order. Each item must be returned with all its components and any complimentary gifts or offers it came with.

  • If the product came with a free gift, the gift must be returned as well.
